1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BridgeWorks Academy™ platform at bridgeworks-academy.madethis.app (“Platform”), creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any digital product or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Educational Use Only

All content provided by BridgeWorks Academy — including courses, certification programs, guides, templates, checklists, compliance tools, and AI-assisted features — is intended solely for professional development and informational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice, regulatory compliance advice, financial advice, or professional consulting services of any kind. BridgeWorks Academy is an educational platform, not a licensed law firm, compliance firm, or regulatory consulting firm.

3. Professional Development Disclaimer

Transportation regulations, FMCSA requirements, DOT rules, and related compliance standards change frequently. BridgeWorks Academy makes reasonable efforts to keep course content current, but students are solely responsible for verifying current FMCSA, DOT, and all applicable federal and state regulations with official government sources before making business decisions. Official sources include the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (fmcsa.dot.gov), the U.S. Department of Transportation (dot.gov), and applicable state motor carrier agencies. Do not rely solely on course content for compliance decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing a course, digital product, or Pro membership, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change; the price in effect at the time of your purchase will be honored.
• One-Time Purchases: Individual courses and digital products are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access to that specific content.
• Pro Membership: Pro membership is a recurring subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at enrollment. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued for subscription cancellations.
• Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.

6. Refund Policy

BridgeWorks Academy offers a 7-day refund window for course and program purchases, subject to a course completion threshold of less than 25% at the time of the refund request. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BridgeWorks Academy Platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, templates, checklists, assessments, brand assets, the BridgeWorks Academy™ name and logo, certification materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of BridgeWorks Academy and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Your enrollment or purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission from BridgeWorks Academy.

8. Limitation of Liability

BridgeWorks Academy is an educational platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any business outcomes, regulatory penalties, compliance failures, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on Platform content.
• Completion of a BridgeWorks Academy course or program does not guarantee employment, business success, regulatory approval, or compliance with any applicable law.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BridgeWorks Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Sharing account credentials with any other person. Your account is for your personal use only.
• Redistributing, reselling, or publishing course content, templates, guides, or any Platform materials in any form.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of Platform content using bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our backend systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
