BridgeWorks Academy does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data. Your billing information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We retain records of completed transactions (amount, date, program purchased) for accounting and customer support purposes.

6. Email Communications

We send two types of email communications:

• Transactional Emails: Order confirmations, payment receipts, course access notifications, certificate issuance, password resets, and account security alerts. These emails are necessary for platform operation and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

• Platform Hosting: Our platform is hosted through MadeThis (madethis.com) and Vercel. Your data may be stored on servers operated by these providers in the United States.
• Database Services: Convex (convex.dev) provides our real-time database infrastructure.
• Analytics Providers: We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform. Aggregate, anonymized data is used for platform improvement.
• Payment Processing: Stripe processes all payment transactions. See Section 5 for details.
