Refund Policy

Overview
BridgeWorks Academy is committed to delivering professional certification programs that meet institutional standards. We understand that enrolling in a professional certification program is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- You have completed less than 25% of the course material at the time of your request.
Both conditions must be satisfied. Meeting only one condition does not qualify a purchase for a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date.
- The student has completed 25% or more of the course material at the time of the request.
- The request does not include sufficient order information to verify the purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request using our online form. Our support team reviews all submissions within 2 business days.
Alternatively, you may email us directly at support@bridgeworksacademy.com with the following information:
- Full name used at time of purchase
- Email address associated with your account
- Order confirmation number or date of purchase
- Name of the course or program purchased
- Reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
Digital Access & Course Materials
Because BridgeWorks Academy programs provide immediate digital access upon purchase, the 25% completion threshold is used in place of a return condition. Downloading or exporting program materials, templates, or checklists does not constitute completion, but accessing and progressing through training modules is tracked and included in the completion calculation.
Exceptions & Disputes
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, contact us at support@bridgeworksacademy.com. We do not process refunds through chargebacks as a first step — please contact us directly and we will work to resolve any concerns.
Policy Updates
BridgeWorks Academy reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made prior to a policy update are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
