Have you obtained your USDOT Number and Motor Carrier (MC) Number from FMCSA, and has your authority been granted (typically 21 days after filing OP-1)?

Have you filed your BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) with FMCSA through a registered process agent service?

Have you completed your UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) for the current operating year?

Have you registered your business as an LLC or corporation and obtained an EIN for your trucking company?

Do you have a written operating agreement or partnership agreement (if applicable) in place for your business structure?
